Every Federal Credit Union has always been subject to our standard by law, Article XIX,2 which requires that we keep confidential your transactions. Congress passed the Right to Privacy Act (RFPA) to protect individuals' financial records from improper disclosure to federal agencies and officials. While Oklahoma Federal Credit Union is legally obligated to respond to most subpoenas and other official requests for information and must file suspicious activity reports where appropriate, it will fully comply with the privacy law restrictions.
